When you create a contract, you are entering a binding commitment. Consequence execution is automatic and cannot be reversed once triggered. You acknowledge that you set these terms yourself when thinking clearly.
All penalty payments are transferred directly to the recipient you designated. OdysseusCrew does not retain forfeit funds. Stripe processes all transactions subject to Stripe’s own terms.
The service is provided as-is. OdysseusCrew makes no guarantee that the system will prevent all failure — only that it will enforce consequences when failure is detected.
